How do I know which is my size?
Like people, brands can differ in sizing. Please refer to our size charts which is viewable as an image on each item we sell to find the perfect fit for you. Alternatively, feel free to contact our team at MYB Headquarters at email@example.com who will gladly assist.
Can I order a garment or size that is not currently in stock?
Yes! To place a special order for any item that is currently out of stock on our site please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise by return email the expected availability date and confirm whether you would like to make an advance order.
I have Pre Ordered an item, when can I expect it to arrive?
Upon pre ordering an item you will be given a release date for your item. Your item will then be shipped on or before this date and you will be emailed with a tracking number. If your pre order is purchased in conjuction with other items please be aware your order will not be shipped until all items have arrived.
I've recently purchased an item that is now on sale, what can I do?
Unfortunately this can happen as we run different promotions all the time. To stay in the loop with new arrivals and current promotions please subscribe to our website.

How Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with Australia Post here
What is your return/ exchange policy?
In the event that you simply change your mind, Goods are faulty or not as described, a full refund or exchange will be available.
Items must be posted back at the customers expense with 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers must have proof of purchase and all goods are to be in original condition and packaging.
Do you pay for return shipping?
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you.
